The Montreal General Hospital is Quebec's premier level I trauma center. As a member of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive surgery, Dr. Zammit is routinely involved in the care of multi-trauma patients, assuming care for complex craniomaxillofacial traumas. Further more, the McGill University Health Center is responsible for the treatment and management of patients from northern Quebec. The Montreal Children's Hospital specializes in all aspects of pediatric plastic surgery. In his role as a member of the H.B. Williams Craniofacial and Cleft Surgery Unit, Dr. Zammit is involved in the care of children who suffer from craniosynostosis and complex craniofacial syndromes.
